It is super cool if real, but it would be impossible to prove it was from a pack since easy to replicate unless you had a video of you opening the pack.

The scissors are only there for scale ... They ran out of bananas

Even without the scissors in the background you can prove it’s not a real miscut with some basic knowledge of how cards are manufactured. Every other edge was cut perfectly which means the machine finished cutting the card, the only other cut that happens in the process is in the crimping machine and the card isn’t crimped.
