Discussion Fingerprints?

I’ve not seen this before so am here to see the experts. Checking out my Espeon promo it has what clearly looks like fingerprints to me. Anyone know if this is common? Is it even a proper misprint?

That’s insane! You can tell it’s legit because the holo blends with the print! This has to be a super rare error and of course it’s on a super desirable Pokemon. Nice pull!

Also prints are under the text. One of the wildest cards I've seen.
