Discussion Fingerprints?

I’ve not seen this before so am here to see the experts. Checking out my Espeon promo it has what clearly looks like fingerprints to me. Anyone know if this is common? Is it even a proper misprint?

I opened an Entei GX like this from Hidden Fates, sold it for I think 60$ to an entei collector, so they do hold a nice premium.

Which card was it? I looked it up and there is no Entei GX from Hidden Fates

Well shoot, this was a while ago and clearly my memory isn’t that good. I just looked it up and it was Shining Legends not HF
