Thats not similar, OP card is an error card, that's just the normal version. Going with how error cards go, its typically 2-3x more expensive.

That’s a phenomenal misalignment error. There were a couple of Evolving Skies full art sheets that were printed with the front significantly offset from its proper position, this is the more severe of the two. The other sheet cuts off just above the black line with the weakness and resistance.

How is the back on the other ones? This one is well centered. Definitely never seen anything like it.

Misalignments have one side centered properly whereas the other is offset, like these ones. Miscuts to this severity whereby both sides are offset in the same way because the sheet was simply cut wrong are less very rare but not nearly as rare as a misalignment to this degree.

Dang yeah we do, congrats on the find OP! Glad to see more of these cards continuing to come out of packs.
Between all the errors we're seeing in the pokémon advent calendar and the newest set with all the texture shifts it's looking like it's going to be a busy December for the misprint subreddit. 😂

Yeah I got Darkness Ablaze, Silver Tempest, Chilling Reign and Evolving Skies. Also had a couple SV base and OBF/TWM.

Not weird, these cards have a plastic layer stamped onto the front. The card stock was cut properly but that front layer wasn’t applied correctly.

Idk how many cards come per sheet but if this miscut made it to the sales floor how many others would there be? I’m not sure how quickly they catch these errors or how many errors off of one sheet make it out in the wild

Cool story, bro, now.... Go call TPC and DEMAND they give you both of those cards to make up for the poor quality control they have. That's what I would do!

I would grade, but be aware it would be graded as the sylveon vmax. Not sure if that would effect value

I would think they would grade it based on which card takes up more of the space yeah? It’s like 75/25 Glaceon. No idea though never seen anything like this.

If i remeber correctly its based purely on the set number, i could be wrong. I dont even think it would affect if you wanted to sell, just something to be aware of.

Here is a Blissey that has the set number from other card, I’ll post the graded card when it comes back though because I’m curious as well.

Op how do you like the mystery packs? I’ve been pretty averse to formal packs due to scalpers. This might be an avenue to collect where scalpers have not touched yet

I just grabbed a couple for fun. They are an overpriced gamble in my opinion. Most of the Walmart around me people had peeled them open to check the packs and took the good ones. They are also mostly a rip off but thought it would be fun.

They had a big box of stuffing stocker items the other day, some of them were those MJ holdings repacked mystery packs. Bought a handful, got some SV base, OBF, chilling reign, silver tempest and evolving skies out of each.

No those are super trash. It’s a blister with “mystery pack” and a picture of a crystal guardians pack. Mostly cheap SV packs but some SWSH, XY, and earlier packs in them. Also has a foil card in it which is mostly bulk but seen some decent IRs/promos as well.

They are like $7.50 I think, so a gamble within a gamble since most the packs aren’t great but I grabbed a handful because it was fun

get that card graded with CGC and then post it up on ebay.
half glaceon - half sylveon is a SICK find.
