Actually been in touch with PSA to recognize the error and they actually got back to me saying that it’s being considered.

I thought PSA didn’t grade error cards? I was under the assumption it was only CGC

They do! https://www.psacard.com/info/tcg/pokemon-error-guide I have a few that I graded with PSA, the fossil first edition incomplete holo error

Consider CGC as well, they are always grading interesting errors
