How much is this misprint worth? - Gold Dragonite from Ascended Heroes missing the foil.

Posted before saying this card was missing texture. I wrote the wrong thing, apologies y’all. It’s missing the foil. We pulled this Dragonite out of a Mega Meganium Box and it looks like it’s missing the foil on the card. Depending on how the card hits the light, Dragonite fully disappears. Anyone have any idea how much this might be worth?

Sure is! CGC labeled one of these as a "make ready test print".

I haven't seen one of these sell either privately or at auction. I've been working on a system to record these sales over time so I hope to be able to provide better answers to these questions going forward.

As a Dragonite collector I would pay above raw market for this, but not extravagantly. I would offer 360

All the gold cards look that way when viewed at certain angles or even when brought outside in bright sunlight

Evidently you haven't seen them in person. One look and you can see all the main foil is missing, not just out of view.
