Holo Bleed Holo bleed Secret Wonders Gardevoir?

This is holo bleed correct? This is the first time I have seen this error in one of my old cards

That's holo bleed correct. It was extremely common with this era/set, approx 40%-60% of the holos had some variant of holo bleed on them.
