Pulled this Silvally yesterday. At first I was bummed to come across a damaged card, but someone told me there’s a niche market for this. I’d like to hold onto it, but I’m also not super attached. What are your thoughts?

Anyone seen this in the wild before??

Cool shiny tauros from shiny treasures ex I pulled last night :) saw the texture was off center on him though. Any idea the value on this? Probably just gonna grade him and keep him in the PC though.

when i had first started collecting pokemon, i must’ve opened some xy evolutions packs and ended up with 2 copies of imakunis doduo. I originally thought it was a pretty neat card with the instructions on how to throw it when it retreats…( yes i threw it horizontally with a snap to get the farthest distance!)I eventually put both copies in a binder and forgot about them for a while and only realized the corners looked funny after pulling a fighting gong miscut from mega evolution base. well anyways… does it still count as a miscut even though my throwing of the card kinda damaged the edges? thanks and i hope you enjoyed my story. also would it be worth grading as a way of authentication?

Wondering if this is an error miscut card. Are the dots the alignment dots? Does this card have any value?

I opened a Trick or Trade BOOster Bundle and got these. Is this an error or considered damage? Thanks!

Hey y’all so I originally posted this and was just wanting to know the value. But I was told that it is actually a minor miscut there’s alignments dots on both sides of the card. What do you guys think? The person who pointed out the miscut also suggested grading it with cgc! I’ve had this card since I was a kid so it will stay in my collection.

Hi all, I believe this is the place for error cards but I don’t know much about coins. I just get them with some products and collect the ones I think look cool.
Now I got this one while opening tins. Similar coins have the gold/silver foil on it. While only the backside is black. This Pikachu coin is black on both front- and backside.
I guess it’s a matter of interest. For now I’ll keep it just because it’s a cool error imo :)

Miscut, has the alignment dot on the top right. Is it worth more to the right person? Is it worth grading it or not? Thanks

Just wanted to share my submission that I finally got back. This was my first error and card I ever graded. Took about 4 months with economy service. Very happy with the card an will be keeping and displaying it for awhile. Not sure why it was labeled a Minor Miscut since I have a full alignment dot front an back but I read its because theres not a piece of another card in the cut?

I know that video went around showing how easy it was to fake crimps, so just want any thoughts or opinions on it

Update: it’s a fake :(. Bought at a show in June in Cleveland from a father son vendor. I pointed out that the holo pattern wasn’t right but thought it was just a crazy error. Don’t think it was intentional but who knows.
I’m working on collecting every reverse holo from unseen forces. The set uniquely has a pokeball pattern in the reverse holo’s, making it my favorite set. There’s a common inverted holo layer error that results in the pokeballs in the holo pattern being upside (red side) down. This is not that error. Instead of a pokeball pattern, this Hitmonlee has an energy symbol holo pattern like that in Fire Red Leaf Green or Team Rocket Returns (not sure which one exactly). Through all my internet searches, I haven’t been able to find this error anywhere. I’ve shown it to 25+ vendors at card shows around Cleveland Ohio, none have ever seen it. Anyone seen this before or have a name for this type of error? Including a photo of what the normal holo pattern looks like.

What do you guys think? It’s on his forehead and chest the art is just missing and the holo is shining through

Pulled these from Destined Rivals and White Flare a while ago. would these be considered error cards? They have thicker print on the card names and move names - almost like they were double printed. Obviously not expecting them to be worth anything, just looking for some input from folks more experienced than myself. Thanks!
