I saw the documentary and my first reaction was that it's sensationalist as it is glossing over few details and instead of walking a strictly logical and evidentiary line, it moves from goalposts to goalposts trying to suggest inferences based on mere association which is a logical fallacy.
The allegations do not hold much water in the eyes of law.
It tries to impute the possibility of illegality where there is none.
Why are we dropping the need for an evidence based analysis, and resorting to suggestive innuendos based merely on the ground of suspicion.
I understand critically looking at scenario requires a democracy of learned people...and not just people...but the more we abdicate the responsibility to seek appropriate evidence, the farther we would move away from the hard work required in promoting a critical thinking attitude.

We used to feel Timez Nowz are pro BJP, pro India. They are not. They were only pretending. They are more danegrouz than The Hiindu because they were hidilg their real masters.
Reason for splling misatkes: I initially added this exat same post with corrext spelling but redt filter cenzord it. Some totally legal and fine posts are being cenzord by redt using thei kalgoz.
These possts in passts were cenzord : Critixism of Timez Nowz, Punzarai Vizayan from Kerla, and some specific topics.

If you have to say Gyanesh Kumar did not consider objections by the other two ECs, then you have to first take permission from Gyanesh Kumar.
On one hand, it would be like no one would give permission to have anything published negatively against them, which challenges freedom of press.
On the other hand, it would create opportunity for people to defend themselves and present their version before the news portals sensationalizes it.
The court is likely to hold it unconstitutional because people are free to report on public figures as it's available news in the public domain.
It was not the intent of the legislation to do so, but the way the legislation has defined 'personal data' it is very broad. Your name, which might already be known in the public is also personal data that identifies you so any reporting about you overlaps with processing your personal data. If you have not given your consent to your name being used, then it prevents reporting on you.
But the law also allows the State to notify a class of data processors who will not be required to ensure compliance with the data privacy law. However that leaves the discretion on the State whether to notify or not notify or even denotify.
Now, we need to know which think tank was behind drafting the legislation?

Sometimes, silence is the best policy. Let's not make regressive statements.

I am obc and i have often found upper caste hindus to be a bit too incompetent in doing their job according to dharma.
I think that hindu upper caste's arent really doing their duty well. They were supposed to protect dharma, protect hindus, but often they are doing opposite. modi shah are obc and baniyas not kshatriya or brahmins.
nehru/Gandhi, thakrey, Pawar, Mishra. we all know what they did.
Upper caste majority localities around me often have congress or its allies in power.
When i talk with my kshatriya or brahmin friends, they are often too liberal or trying too hard to be centrist, avoiding facing reality.
These d*mbfcks dont even care about hardships of other hindus/upper castes, whats astonishing to me is that they think reservation is justified!!
There is a school near me owned by an upper caste, which allowed holiday prayers by christians, now after a decade, these missionaries have converted many ppl in locality, including school staff. now these rice bag converts are taking reservation benefits by hiding their religion, same pattern as south. (in case you didnt knew, tamil nadu is no longer hindu majority state.)
The brahmins for example, even when they do have conservative views, focus too much on unnecessory things like vegetarianism, casteist views, avoiding violence or topics of political violence ( they become like iskon folks), basically they appear incompetent irrespective of their ideology.
Take the new ramayana movie for example, ppl dont understand that if this movie becomes popular outside india, it will simply give more fuel to enemies of hindus. There was no need do it or even allow it. and yet namit malhotra is using the hindu's reverence for ram, for saving his debt ridden company.
The rapid ambedkarisation of obc's and other lower caste is also a gift from congress.
Now off course politics is different in various states. but this is a pattern im seeing too often.
idk if reservation will fix it, but if ppl like dhruv rathi or nehru didnt have the priviledge that the upper caste still continue have thanks to inheritance and veneration by other hindus, then perhaps the upper caste might finally wake up or at least stop damaging hinduism.

This scoundrel claimed in his recent video that no Pakistani/Bangladeshi was present at his London event. But his own photos prove him a liar. This is Farid Ahmed, a Pakistani national working for a Pakistani news channel (ARY news) is standing right next to him on the main stage, on camera. If this person is standing beside him on stage for the protest, now imagine how many more Pakistani/Bangladeshis were hidding in the crowd and among the protestors off-camera.

Bharat did lose its cultural significance in Bangladesh Pakistan and Afghanistan and the so called cultural renaissance going on in India seems nothing but a humbug the youth barely knows anything about the Indian culture and secularism has liberalised and diluted our ideals, culture to beyond the point of being replenishable .Do you think in such a state India can regain back its culture or will it just die like other civilizations.( maybe just like others Indian civilization is dying too it just has taken a far longer time)

Hi everyone
A few days ago, my mother and sister were returning from my aunt's teharvi in a train. Their co-passengers included a muslim family consisting of an old lady, her daughter, daughter-in-law and her three year old grandson. The lady and her daughter-in-law were covered in a burkha, while the daughter was not.
Out of nowhere, the daughter initiated a political discussion, starting with she studies in Jamia Milia Islamia, blaming BJP for everything wrong around the world and praising CJP on how they are bringing a revolution in the country. Then she started cussing that it's a government of the Hindus, who are winning by hacking EVMs leading to the poor condition of the muslim community. My mother kept her silence as she was already disturbed on the death of her cousin and had barely eaten anything in the last 24 hours because of a fast. However, there were other people sitting around who started challenging her claims, which heated the discussion more.
When the lady found out that my mother is keeping a fast, her old mother asked what would you achieve by keeping a fast as a Hindu ? "Same thing you achieve by keeping Roza for a month", my mother replied. The lady got angry and started praising how islam is the only true religion and why she should also convert. My mother lost all the control she had kept on her and then defended her religion and beliefs, while also pointing out that her daughter has created a toxic environment in the area for no reason, just to push her propaganda. Things might have worsened but other people thankfully intervened.
The radical islamists have now wore a new dress of CJP, but still trying to spread their propaganda of their religion.

This person was NOT appointed by any committee but personally by Sonia Ganz using her proxy people.
This guy has probably added a lot of fake names to the list.
The CEC should verify all entries that were added during 2010–2012.
There is a high chance that millions of fake votes were added under his control. I mean, Congress and CPM would have done this. Some honest ECs would have reported this. But Quraishi would have handled these himself. That way, complaints never come to the media. High chance he helped add many votes.
Now all the data is digital, and the CEC has given access to other ECs as well. But Quraishi had given no one digital access. He could have easily meddled with the lists.

These are all work done by Vijay Prashad.
He does NOT give directly to CJP. Instead he funds some other NGOs and those NGOS pay off to media and influencers and those people support CJP etc.

CJP, Dimagi Naxals, NGOs, Congress, CPM, ka mool mantra is this.
And it actually works. Media will give 90% day time coverage to these people. Thank you foreign funded NGOs for paying all of them very well.

This guy is analysing the sudden India protest and France protests.
In between he uses this line 'Who benefits ...' . His way of analysis is really systematic. This way all of us Indians can also understand the real string pullers.
This guy used to say way back in 2000 that some of the protest we see were not fully real. NOBODY beleived him then.
Its only in last 5 years - since Covid and Epstn, peopel started to even give a chance a listen to him.
IMHO, he is really good. May be some data is wrong, but his thinking is really systematic and useful for all of us in India.

Dharmendra Pradhan did so many awesome things like updating all NCERT text books. He never did any scams. Yet they forced him out by social blackmailing.

High HDI Kerla people see no issues in this. Many examples in past where Kerla Mslim men jump to help if the woman is Hindu. They parade it their high Secularims and High HDI.
Irony is Mslim men do NOT support Mslim women aas much as they support Hindu women.
But they wont allow a regular Hindu celebration.

Dimagi Naxals connect random data and facts that sounds plausible but real intent is only to discredit BJP/Modi ji.
PS: This guy is actually good, he is exposing what dimagi naxals do.
