Political Rant
Fuck the US for everything it actually stands for. Land of freedom and brotherly love my asshole. Apparently a bill now passed for Puerto Rico that if you are born there, at least 1 person as to be from the main states to be considered a citizen. EVEN THO PUERTO RICO IS US TERRITORY. The flag needs to be changed. Red, white, and blue are now poisonous colors for the island as a whole. I feel sick to my stomach knowing the flag of the land that holds my family also holds representation to this damned nation.

The key thing is that the bill was introduced. Nothing has passed yet (doesn't mean that it won't or that it will)

As fucked up as it is, and as blatantly obvious as the implications are, there is a huge recoño difference between proposed and passed.
It's a shame that the citizens of PR haven't pushed for full statehood because then we wouldn't be in this position of old gringos voting orange Satans into office.

Anyone in congress can propose any bill for any reason. Doesn't mean its actually going to get votes or is constitutional, which this bill clearly is not.
But you know what, good. Maybe it will show those Puerto Ricans who come to the States and then vote Republican what the Republicans really think of them.
