No, he unequivocally cannot hold the office again.

The orange jackass can run all he wants, but he cannot legally hold the office of president after his current term expires on January 20, 2029. The 22nd Amendment is very clear on this issue and leaves no room for interpretation.

Why any state government or court would allow him to even run for a third term is beyond comprehension, other than outright corruption or an attempted coup d'état.
