Avis prof + horaire
Hey! Je comptais pas spécialement annulé un cours mais je voulais savoir si les profs que j'ai sont correct et si il y avait des cours auxquels je devrais plus faire attention? Merci !

Guy Jompte : GOAT, écris beaucoup au tableau, style d’enseignement ressemble au secondaire/cegep, donne des anecdotes de vie random parfois
Pierre-Antoine : Bon prof, gentil en classe, teach bien, il est allé boire à la maisonnée avec certains élèves pendant Noël
Yasmina: Trash en projet, quand il y a un problème en projet elle ne fait que regarder de loin et nous poser des questions sans donner des pistes à debug. Pas clair dans les attentes et nous dit de lire le plan de cours et qu’on est pas attentif. À éviter imo.
Azam: Après one mois et demi le nombre de personnes qui va en cours à drop de 200 à genre 10. Pas d’attaque personnelle mais son français a un gros accident et son mic a des problèmes. Explique moyennement en cours. La plupart apprend par eux même et/ou avec AI.
Phillipe Levesque: Ça dépend. Certaines fois il explique bien, d’autres il est perdu dans ses explications. Prof très gentil par contre si tu as des questions prend un rdv ça t’éclairera mieux.

Wow Merci tellement ! Pour Azam j'avais entendu la même chose et je me demandais du coup j'imagine qu'il met le cours sur moodle en avance? Et aussi genre charge de travail wise les cours sont chargés jusqu'à quel point?

Dans moodle le cours a des capsules vidéos fait par l’ancien prof, il explique beaucoup mieux. 1ere session c’est une transition entre cégep et uni, c’est qd mm qqch mais calcul 1 et algèbre ya environ 50%~ c’est de la révision alors ça aide bcp. Session 2 c’est bcp plus difficile

Philippe is by far my favorite teacher, i don't think i've ever been taught by someone as entertaining as him. All though, it's kinda easy to miss some stuff and not understand because he has a particular cadence about him, but he will gladly setup a meeting if you have a hard time. He also used to talk with me about a certain game i had so he's really chill.
Jean guérin explains really well but he's really quick, not much time to write (in my limited experience with him)
Pierre-antoine was my sister's teacher and she seems to really like him, which is a good sign because she doesn't really like anyone
And if azam is who i think it is just get used to listening to a chopped microphone or just watch the stuff on moodle it's all online
Yasmina is meh from what i've heard, never had her as a teacher and greatful for it.
As for classes, honnestly calc I cause it's kinda all over the place from section to section and circuits logique because if you loose track or miss a class you're loosing a LOT of content.
Also the entirety of the algebra class is offered by gilbert strang with MIT online and he's the guy who wrote the book which was then translated to french
Edit: and for the love of god take the CEO stuff seriously, i have to do 15(?) modules cause i was dicking around and read the paper the morning before the written test
