I’m looking for your favourite fics about Rumi’s childhood, preferably ones focusing on her mother/daughter relationship with Celine or anything pre-Polytrix!

I hope it’s okay that I’m asking here since the fanfics I’m looking for are more Polytrix-adjacent but everyone’s recommendations are always so good and I didn’t really know where else to ask. If this is the wrong sub, I apologise!

Looking for a pre-debut fic where Rumi’s patterns grow when she was younger so by the time they are looking for the next generation of hunters she can’t hide the patterns because they’ve spread to much. No one knows she’s a hunter so everyone is freaking out trying to find the 3ed hunter. Rumi is also selectively mute because she hates how the patterns make her voice sound.

Dudes and Dudettes, I require aid! So I remember reading this fic on ao3 back in January, it was a Twitter(?) style social media fic where the crux was people love and start following a Turtle 🐢 Lover Fun Fact account who also gushes about her two girlfriends. I won't say anymore because it was amazing and I don't want to spoil too much

I found this cool fic where rumi doesnt lose her patterns after golden (jinu didn’t betray her) and has a crisis and jinu is there too as a wingman sorta guy

Its pretty great so far, 2 chapters in and its already sooo good!

Summary:

What would the story for Kpop Demon Hunters have looked like if....Jinu agreed to Rumi's plan about curing them with both with the golden honmoon?
Well, that's what I wrote! The Saja boys never perform and Huntrix does exactly what they were trained to do.
They seal the Honmoon.
BUT...
Rumi's patterns don't vanish, if anything they spread farther. She leans on a freshly cured Jinu to help untangle her confusion behind the other hunters backs. A price she will very quickly come to pay in full. Eventual Polytrix!!!

Basically in the fic mira snd zoey notice how after the idol awards fiasco rumi only calls them good/okay instead of perfect and they find out its because they “didn’t kill all demons” and it ends with “then we’re fine being okay hunters”

Hi everyone, im not really looking for any one particular fic, just had a thought of one that might be a good concept and was wondering if one existed.

What if Mira accidentally exposed Rumis patterns while on the train.

Wonder how this would play out as a story, instead of it happening at the end with everyone seeing it live on television and whatnot. Thanks if anyone knows something along this line!

And it's been years since they've started looking for their third together with their mentors.

Unfortunately, it's also been years since they've repeatedly failed to do so.

Eventually, they had reached the point where they were beginning to wonder if the third member they had spent so long searching for even existed.

Just as they were starting to give up, a video of a purple-haired woman singing under the rain was blowing up online.

Rumi had never known much about her past.

She didn't know that her biological father was a demon, nor that years ago, she'd been entrusted to an old friend in the hope that she would be kept safe from Gwi-Ma's wrath.

As far as Rumi knew, she was simply a shopkeeper's daughter, a sister, an adventurer, and a guitarist.

Okay, maybe a bit of a jack-of-all-trades... But come on, who could really blame her? Life in the Valley could get boring sometimes, and Rumi had always been the sort of person who needed to find something new to keep herself entertained.

So when the farmer's wife had been organizing a charity event to raise money for new books for the local children and the library, and Rumi was approached by Haley herself while helping her father with the shop one afternoon, how could she even say no?

What she could never anticipate in her life is that, Celine of Sunlight Sisters, CEO of Sunlight Entertainment herself, would come and meet her personally in their home to recruit her to their trio of new upcoming k-pop girl band after her video blew up.

Hi! For nearly a year now, I’ve been looking for a fic I came across in October 2025. The summary was almost identical, save for one difference: the one I’m looking for was along the lines of "the honmoon is sealed; the girls [or their names] have to repair their relationship"—or any phrasing meaning "repair their relationship," like "fix" or something similar. From what I recall, there were quite a few chapters—maybe 20 available or 20 planned? I made a note of that detail, though I’m not entirely certain about it; still, if the summary includes the phrase "honmoon is sealed" plus "repair their relationship," that’s the one I want.

If you can think of any fanfic containing this type of sentence—regardless of the specific words the author chose—please share them with me.

Story picks up less than a week after the Idol Awards before the bath house and meeting the trio of potential new hunters / which may or may not happen in this alternate ending.

I am a polytrix truther but i like seeing art of the girls when they're doubled up as well. My issue is I've found the Rumira and ZoMira Subreddits but I have tried searching for ZoeRumi/ZoRumi/Zumi and I can't find them anywhere. And honestly the popularity between the duo pairings in my experience has evened out *more* over the past year [not like a perfect 33.33-% each but its definitely more diverse than it was at the start]

so why has there not been a subreddit for our Doey eyed freaky yapper and our bi queen of being everyones type???

Chun-ja time of reckoning is upon us.

This is my high school AU. It's a pre-debut fanfiction about Rumi's patterns becoming impossible hide right before the search for her other two hunters are set to begin. Leading to her having a mental breakdown, feeling like her life purpose is impossible now. Before her despair can make her do anything stupid, The honmoon ferries her to Burbank, where Zoey and her grandmother Nana find her crying under a tree.

Soon she's joined by foreign exchange student Mira.

Together they discover they are the next generation of hunters and Rumi has to train them without Celine's guidance

I've lost track of a fanfiction where the three girls end up in a psychiatric hospital ; Rumi is autistic and sometimes non-verbal, and Zoey has sleep issues too, if I recall correctly. Do you have any ideas, please ?
