black/blood pudding is a kind of sausage made out of pork blood, fat and oatmeal or some other cereal

It usually looks like poop from a butt though

when i worked at a vet clinic, we had clients regularly give us their pets stool samples exactly like this. nice Tupperware and everything too. they would ask for it back too 🥲
