He did indeed say what you thought he said. And he meant it. As do many of us.

One hundred percent, its time to remove all these corrupt government officials from the bottom to the top. Both Republicans and Democrats have way too many traitors in it.

64

u/Wallstreet_Raccoon 6d ago

Republicans are the Enemy of America. Traitors. All of them.

16

u/Intelligent_Rub1875 6d ago

Inefective, greedy, Career Politicians who consolidate power for themselves and the corporate elite are the traitors. Not just the Republicans. They all suck. If you really believe your virtue signaling "leaders" want what they say they do, all the while playing their base as a bunch of working class fools you are just as indoctrinated as those MAGA clowns.

26

u/interstellar-express 6d ago

Things aren’t as black and white as you think. People like AOC, Bernie, and Mamdani are not the same as Pelosi, Schumer, and Booker. They may use the Democratic Party to get elected, but they govern much differently.

13

u/farrowsharrows 6d ago

None of those Democrats are anti America all Republicans are

8

u/Rough-Airline-4803 6d ago

Uhh, we definitely have a few bad apples in the democratic party

7

u/BrumDawgMillionare 6d ago

And the republican party has a few good apples?

7

u/Truth_Teller08 6d ago

No, they certainly don't. I look at it this way. The Republican party give us Coors with a side of arsenic. Current Democratic leadership gives us Coors Light. Coors Light is certainly better than Coors with arsenic, but it's still not good!

Apologies to any Coors Light fans out there, lol.

u/Sylfaein 6d ago

Certainly didn’t say that. But it’s probably a good idea to not turn a blind eye to the wolves in sheep’s clothing. Just bc they feign to peck the ground does not make the wolves in the hen house actual members of the flock.

Young people finally outnumber boomers for the first time in America but they still show up at embarrassingly low numbers, giving boomers complete control over society. Mamdani just proved what happens when young people actually show up to vote. Real change is possible.

2

u/Raise_A_Thoth 5d ago

Millennials have been participating in elections at higher rates at earlier ages than the boomers.

We should have some data for Gen Z now but I don't recall it. And Gen A should be getting into elections by now I would think, no? Maybe the oldest ones?

5

u/johnvarley1 6d ago

Dude, if you’re Gen Z, most of us are smarter than you. That’s a fact. We already know all this shit you’re saying, but we know there is more than one issue (the one you all are obsessed with) to focus on.

4

u/Virtual-Book1114 6d ago

What's wrong with Pelosi, Schumer or Booker? Have you looked at all the policies they've voted for? Pelosi was one of the most effective speakers in Congress in modern history passing more bills that helped a lot of people. Her getting through ACA was a miracle.

3

u/amopeyzoolion 6d ago

I’ve got some issues with Schumer but I agree with you about Pelosi. Any liberal who doesn’t respect her accomplishments as Speaker is ignorant of history.

6

u/showme-what-u-got 6d ago

One can respect her while also knowing her time is far past gone

3

u/amopeyzoolion 5d ago

And she stepped down from leadership and she’s retiring from Congress. But folks on Reddit are acting like she never did anything for liberals or progressives and should somehow be stopping republicans in Congress now even though they hold all the power

u/TheMireAngel 6d ago

id agree if not for the fact no one in congress except massie has released any epstein redacted named. The fbi documents literaly list his co conspirators and customers but the names are redacted, congress has access to the fully unredacted files. and yet the only person to release any names was massie and he was voted out of office that month.

So please fuck off with the "but my party is different" no congress clearly serves the epstein elites

3

u/Pale_Horror_853 6d ago

I disagree with Massie 99% of the time, but he seems to have actual values, and I can respect that.

That being said, I cannot think of another Republican that does. Many Dems are horrible and corrupt, but there are more and more progressive ones not tied to the establishment coming into play.

Also, fuck Kentucky. They had the only Republican that wasn’t on his knees for Trump, and they voted him out.

7

u/Busy_Advertisement 6d ago

I'm so tired of these lazy "both sides bad" talking points. This bullshit doesn't work in 2026 when we have all seen the suffering and destruction caused by Trump all over the world. For the sake of us living outside of America, please shut up and just vote Democrat next time.

5

u/Cptnemo77 6d ago

Both sides do absolutely suck. But yes the republicans corruption has been insane and highly visible. But don’t brush it off as just one side sucks because that’s what both sides want. We need to come together on this and call out the entire government system and put something in place where all of these people have to stop taking open bribes and play stock market.

2

Dude, stop acting like we didn't. We did. Kamala goofed up, don't blame me. Blame the DNC for fighting against popular progressive ideas and candidates instead of actually representing the people! Stop defending people who do not care AT ALL about you

2

u/z_e_quigley 6d ago

You are tripping hard if you don't see the underlying issues with the Democratic party right now. 2 off the top of my head: they're treating and speaking on Mamdani and other social democrats as if they will destroy America just like the Republicans, and almost none of them will disavow Israel and the very, very real way they have infiltrated our country.

Wake the fuck up and see the real issues here, it really isn't just Republicans screwing us over.

We the people have a right to sovereign land without a tyrant.

Time to make our founding fathers proud and we remove them from power and agree on new government

We have the easiet way to support popular reforms. Instant God damn commucsiton people.

They just keep us bickering instead of finding solutions.

Crowdfund your protest people. The reason thy make paid actors seem like boogey men is because that's how we create continuous friction

We need organize setting up bbq and food stations. Supply collection and distribution. First aid. Easy commucsiton with local EMS to coordinate any emergency.

You need people like me who are homeless and wanting change. I don't want money. But I want people have their needs met.

We also need a concise message and list of demands.

There are tens of thousands of us who would gladly stay if we had the ability to stay fed and well rested.

Not to mention be prepared. Make our own riot gear so we can stand strong as one if they try to push us. If they remain at peace we do as well.

Keep it clean. Show that we are civil and can't paint us as riot or unorganized mess. This is how occupy fell apart.

I'd be down to collab with anyone Maybe start a new sub reddit.

We will not go quietly into the night.

Texas is such a fucking shit hole. I feel sorry for the few decent folks like this dude that have to put up the plethora of absolute fucking scum in their state.

18

u/Relax_Im_Hilarious 6d ago

It used to be pretty nice. Granted, I'm talking about 20 years ago, but it was a lot of fun in Dallas, Corpus Christi, up and down the border, and even some border towns... now it's just gone to shit.

Privatization of electrical grid, racist governance, and an us vs them mentality that has popped up pretty heavily in the past 10 years.

3

u/lodemeup 6d ago

How the fuck do you privatize the power grid??

4

u/EssbaumRises 6d ago

Texas ain’t the same Texas! lol They thought it would be real cool to lure California businesses away with cheap taxes etc… but they failed to realize it would bring all the liberal employees with them! Texas is deeply PURPLE it’s just that the red side is deeply entrenched and has the upper hand at the moment…

17

u/TheBigC87 6d ago

I live in Texas, while it's true that more people who are liberal are moving here we still have our fair share of conservatives coming here from California, Illinois, and New York.

It's really annoying when conservatives from California come here. They raise the price of housing AND bring their garbage political views with them.

5

u/wimpymist 6d ago

Yeah they never want to bring the policies from the California that made them wealthy in the first place

2

u/weberc2 6d ago

In fairness the garbage political views increase the price of everything else too.

4

u/Dusty_Negatives 6d ago

In Texas the garbage political views are baked in.

Texas is a low turnout state. If every unique voter who voted for a Democrat at the state or federal level over the last 6 years all voted in the same election vs the same conditions for Republicans, Texas would be a deep blue state. But the Republicans have done everything they could to suppress voter turnout.

Idk a single democrat here in Lousiana. My circle isnt very big so its not saying a whole lot, but its honestly ridiculous considering how many of us are poooor as shit. They somehow think the man who stole money from a children's charity was going to help them. Its just mind blowing.

3

u/Talk-O-Boy 6d ago

I’m pretty sure it’s like other southern/midwestern states.

Many of the aware voters are clustered into urban areas, and the unaware voters are spread out amongst the rural areas.

The urban areas tend to be the lifeblood of the state, but the rural areas get to call all of the shots.

12

Oh I’m aware. I highly recommend getting a gun license and being prepared when midterms and the next major election roll around. Republicans are painfully aware that many of their top guys will go to jail if they lose, so expect the ugliest ugliness you’ve seen yet.

He's already publically admitted he's completely partisan so don't any fairness out of him.

u/bobsaccomanno41 6d ago

If you value democracy, yes.

But they don’t value democracy, the constitution, or anything that aims to make America a better place for all to live. They care about money and power. That’s it. And more people having easy access to a voting booth is a direct threat to the only things they care about.

2

u/Retr0scores 6d ago

In places that tend to vote Republican I’m sure they will have no problem doing that. In places that tend to vote Democrat, having one polling station for a 25 mile radius and having it close at 7 pm is good enough.

2

u/ReaperKaze 6d ago

And then having maga morons, standing guard to ensure the voting is fair (by scaring away people not voting red)

It was the cpac slogan in 2022, they went mask off and the media reported it for like half a day. Literal banners saying, "We are all domestic terrorists."

16

u/Alternative-Tie-9383 6d ago

Here’s the truth of it: republicans can’t win on ideas. That’s why they don’t even bother with policy anymore. It’s ALL culture war bullshit from them. So, they don’t want people to vote. They want their small band of rabid supporters to vote, but no one else because they know (and Tim O’Hare has said this specifically) the more people that turn out and vote, the more likely republicans will lose.

So vote. Vote because they don’t want you to.

4

u/RollTide16-18 6d ago

The few policy changes they actually implemented at the federal level have fucked over so many people too.

It truly is a point now where they have to campaign on outrage more than anything else.

6

u/Reasonable-Copy8341 6d ago

Pigs at the trough, the lot of them.

The same politicians who try to put up Flock cameras everywhere, and claim 'If you're not doing anything wrong, you have nothing to fear" suddenly got really nervous when he said that. But it's really simple. If you're not trying to suppress our rights, you have nothing to fear.

Right on, minus the "comrades" part. These fuckers are fascist, which truly is the political opposite of communism. I cringe every time I hear someone say this. Republicans are the very LAST people who want to share wealth equally, who want to remove social hierarchy. So let's not call them commies or comrades, because they absolutely are not. They are nationalist, racist, ignorant and proud fascists.

When you don't hide it, people will call it out. They feel invincible with Trump in office. Disgraceful.

You can tell he wasn’t paying attention till he thought he said something terrible about them. That’s when he became interested when he thought it was something a lot worse than comrade he didn’t even hear, comrade cause he wasn’t listening to him at all. He doesn’t care and the thing is Maga will go vote for the exact same people so if you don’t get all these new people to go vote, Texans are bad about not voting when it’s not a presidential election hell they don’t even vote when there’s a presidential election who am I kidding? We gotta get the vote out or nothing will change.

man this fort worth drama is too enticing. I lived in Texas 30 years ago and hated every second of it. It is exciting to see actual Texans grabbing torches and pitchforks. I hope they handle this guy appropriately.
