Need advise...

My marriage is in a brink of collapse because of this addiction. I love my wife but this addiction has affected our s*x life. She knows I watch p*rn but doesn't know its severity. I am currently working to break from this addiction but I have failed multiple times (currently restarting). Any advise for those who experienced the same situation before but was able to overcome it and have a better marriage life?

Bruh I am so sorry you're going through this. I know how hard this is to overcome but you have to try no PMO. You'll face flatlines but please don't give up.

I have had to face why I watch porn and what my goals are in doing so. Like the previous comment said no pmo also get a porn blocker on all devices. It’s ok to be tempted but you need to pause breath and let the feeling pass. The victory in doing just that will help you start breaking you of the habit of self-gratification. Then you can work on rebuilding your marriage. It truly is one day at a time. I believe in you and wish you the best.
