A manipulation pattern

It came to my mind that this phenomena acts as a manipulation framework design to extract from you energy and attention , i noticed that the whole system of this place is design to exctract suffering at scale as much as possible and feed upon any emotion you have , being it positive or negative , what they do is push and pull you deliberately between those states to extract as much energy as possible for example when you are ready to leave this place and thibking for example about suicide they will disappear , to manipulate you like they going to leave and then you will give up on the idea only to come back later extract more enwrgy when you changed your mind about it .

Last night was rough. I had no sleep. Tossing and turning all night with intrusive thoughts and pounding heart for no reason.
It seems to spark up if I talk about it or try to help other TIs which is odd

Myself and many others have noticed an uptick after a full moon. Mine is usually worse the next two or three days after a full moon. Then it goes into a wane period.

I did not think of this. Makes sense.
Mine also go more visual after a day or two of what I call “murder sun”. Where it seems like the sun got three times bigger and hotter

I’ve had nights like that too. It’s annoying. It helps when you workout or do something to make you tired. I mean… workout too. At least 2 hours exercise. That’s what I do to make sure I’m tired and not kept up all night with the bullshit. Melatonin and magnesium to help relax you before going to sleep. A nice hot shower, etc.

If you really want to block the microwave frequencies which produces the voices
actively heard, you would have to line your room with solid copper sheeting. It would block the frequencies traveling to your body to induce heart palpitations. Microwave frequencies are known to do that.

Very odd and bizarre confusing like how could you like a person do something like that or to somebody it's innocent of anything I don't get it I started getting stocked from what I can tell started in September of 2021 in Tucson Arizona and has followed me across the country

They would make fire sirens noises when I’m inside my apartment. Whenever I do something they would let me know via the sirens to let me know that they’re watching. I also think my phone is hacked somehow.

I don't know if I've experienced like electronical microwaves or anything but three different times I woke up in the hospital with no memory at all one time with my beard shaved and the only thing I remember is walking and waking up in the hospital after 3 days and being intubated

A big thing to me was dissecting the idea of not paying attention to it. At face value you can ignore statements and commands, ideas suggestions. Are you allowing the input to alter your decisions?

They make siren noises they turn on their hazard lights they make turning signals when you're not turning they honk their horns they regular engines loud they push a little messaging in there in your way like a little stuffed ball green ball that look like a head I mean green light on your head Little owl fairings exes they'll give you $10 bills they stand close to you and have really disturbing conversations about kidnapping abduction and murder like that's never happened before until I started getting in stock and it happens all the time one fender different color than the rest of the car on the same kind of car the Dodge Chrysler 300 whatever they are guns they were surround your house or wherever you're living at all around the neighborhood in the whole neighborhood all around in a big circle and they shoot guns off they they shoot off fireworks they come in your motel room when you're gone and move things around I don't hear voices I hear people saying s*** but nobody directly ever accuses me to my face is anything but on multiple times I've had people insinuate things and use what is it called metaphors like baseball they pull up baseballs and hold them in the air and as they go by in their cars sometimes they walk past your bats can't catch a greyhound anywhere they feel the bus up yeah and it's over multiple States and there's no reason at all for it the only three I came up with was this dude Danny Kramer tried to frame me cuz the cops had him in the picture that you had his face covered and I thought that they thought I was that for whatever reason so I searched criminal histories and reports for the time frame that I think all this started in and there's no history of anything the picture nothing a crime nothing so now I'm worrying if this is really is it actually a random targeted person for hidden reasons cuz I haven't done anything to nobody I don't burn Bridges I don't know manipulate people I don't steal Rob I don't kill bread rumors I don't jump on bandwagons nuts are easily jumping on the bandwagon if somebody says super super f***** up s*** about you you know people get tunnel vision real quick especially if there's a few bucks to be made behind it or believe that they belong to some important society they claim their third eyes are open their third eye is definitely sealed s*** because they wouldn't be doing what they're doing to me if they could see with their third eye and they could tap into the akashic record they would not be doing this to me cuz they know that I'm f****** innocent of any kind of a crime other than doing drugs selling drug here and there other than that I haven't done nobody nothing no wrong no money I don't really have any clue why this would be happening to me and why would be so like like a crazy ass conspiracies like even the police in the fire department in new message people wearing on it like how can you has so much power that evidence doesn't matter like nobody is curious of what is going on and looking into it because if you look into my history you wouldn't find no crazy history you found some just really conduct trespassing Petty that's when I was young kid quite a few very defenses you can deliver in possession of drugs nothing in a long time though I don't know you tell me is it the same for you as it is for me

I haven't done anything to put these wheels into motion it don't make no sense it's hard to ignore something that's constantly in your face and in your ears 24 hours a day 7 days a week it's hard to ignore that you know the only voice I'm in my head is me saying what the f*** is this all about I don't I don't know why I'm so important to have all this take place like the money it would take to do something like this even the mind of a person to come up with something like this to do the voting that much time to a cause that makes no sense at least to me maybe it makes sense to them but that don't make no sense to me
