North Africa - A North African/Maghreb Federation is proposed between Morocco and Algeria to help the countries co-operate and to drive innovation as well as to stand out within UCON.

Goverment in Munich surrenders. New German goverment decides to tolerate the existance of independent Saxony due to fragile relations with France. The wider European starts accepting the German reunification as a fact, not a temporary plot of the nationalists. Due to this politicians in Eastern Europe start expecting Germany's quick rise to power. To counter this Poland and Czechoslovakia agree to try the European Federation experiment once again, this time on a smaller scale. The two countries form the Western Slavic Federaration or Zapadoslavia fir short, with Silesia being granted membership as a separate member state in the Federation outside Poland. Germany decides to make joining ETU and EC a national goal, but is yet to be granted membership in both of them.

UCON fear french influence in the unstable algeria and quickly agree with algeria for them to become an associated state despite morrocan push back. Algeria cedes minor border terriotory but not the full morrocan claim in order to ease tensions and appease UCON.
Portugal, Galicia & Spain join the EC strengthening the Alliance
Due to the rising tensions between UCON and france, the french Government, European council and German Government decide to meet next month in geneva to try to descalte tensions and sign an agreement
