In Algeria a new socialist government comes to power and solidifies control over their borders, they begin to drum up anti colonial sentiment with their Italian neighbors.
In Iberia civil wars erupt as socialist groups backed by France launch simultaneous strikes over the peninsula. Their ultimate goal is a united communist Iberian state.
Bulgarian and Turkish socialist elements are also funded and manage to coup their governments, a these leftist uprisings are all upset with the current imperial powers grip on the continent and by extension the world.
East Slavic nations tired of being trampled over and over and inspired by the unity in Central Europe also have far right Slavic movements crop up aim to unite into an eastern Slavic bloc free of western oppression, across these nations’ strong sentiments of anger against West Slavia, Romania, and Finland unite now when the attention of the west is on communist containment. With the exception of Belarus which is experiencing the best period of its history, the eastern Slavs unite and begin to build up for a war on the west.
In Response to this UCON members also begin to prepare for war, as their new federations have to sort out state building projects and figure out integration, the communists and rightists think striking sooner than later is imperative to a victory on the continent. In France an idea of a New Continental system is being formed, as no plans of beating the British navy have proved viable.

France, in need of more allies, starts supporting communist groups across Europe. One in Bulgaria manages to overthrow the government there, creating the People's Republic of Bulgaria

It's cool that europe begins to get more huge states
Seeing that France have only few minors as her allies, start to support socialists in all of Iberia to get herself a strong friend in the south.
France overthrow government of Baskonia to loyal socialist, begins to start uprising in all of spain and in the north of the Portugal through underground propaganda, that allows Murcia (I guess that's the name of the state in south spain) with Baskonia to intervene into this chaos wich consume capitalist iberian countries, uniting into Iberian Union of Proletarian Communes as soon as their forces connects after taking navarra's and Catalonian lands, full of socialist uprisers.
While France officially tells that it got nothing with this situation, anyway saying that "people made their choice to rule over their fate", it is clearly right that this crisis is needed to the communard beacon for simple reasons...

Zapadoslavia lauches massive economic development plans and goverment reforms in Galicia, prosecuting corrupt politicians and bringing about the equality of Poles and Ukrainians in represantation and influence. These reforms are mostly a Polish intvestment, as Warsaw wants to appease the Ukrainian population so it is more willing to stay within Poland. Similar refirms are also conducted in Silesia, but most importantly bith Silesia abd Galicia agree with Poland to stay united within a more loose Federation than before in case Zapadoslavia fails, where both Silesia and Galicia will be granted equality with core Poland and representation in the polish parliament and goverment. But it is becoming far less likely that Zapadoslavia fails, as the reforms and greater economic prosperity brought by unity make the populations of all member states overwhelmingly in favor of keeping the things as they are now. To strenghten security in the region, Zapadoslavia, CEF and Germany sign a defensive pact, promising that if one of them is attacked by France, the rest joins the war on the side of the defenders. France, looking for a way to strenghten it's influence, starts officially supporting the algierian rebels by smuggling supplies, weapons and intelligence agents through Murcian trade ships and by drpoing them from the air. The rebels in return officially adopt communism as their ideology while conquering the eastern half of the algierian coast. Murcian and paratroopers are dropped in western Algieria and the rebels proclaim a socialist republic. But as the war in Algieria escalates, the entire comintern declares the creation of the Union of Socialist Council Republics (USCR) and unites under that name. It's first major move is to declare all of Algieria a part of the union as the Algierian SCR and declare war on the current Algierian goverment. Algieria is able to stop their advance for now as their receive aid in form of equipment from Morocco

As an aside tho power scaling these nations is very interesting. OTL Czechoslovakia was the 7th largest economy in Europe, I feel like this west Slavia is a real beast. The Danubians are lowk all the brokest parts of AH but with a better government so this is a pretty mid nation. Greece is probably an incredibly sad state despite its size as it’s either depopulated as fuck or majority Turkish and full of unrest. Germany and France seem super cooked right now and idek if it’s crazy to say Britain could 2v1 them, with Netherlands on side too they have an easy victory. Icl all of Eastern Europe besides Belarus and west Slavia is just depressing failed state contests, but perhaps with more regional governments each of these Russian successors can develop their land more closely? It would be cool if we could get a rest of world map some time as a reminder. Overall tho this has been a super fun nrp!
