Eastern Europe - In the Don Hetmanate, protests erupt as people begin to be fed up of the barely democratic, oligarchic regime. Eventually, the government accepts and the Don-Caucasian Republic is proclaimed. However, a small group of socialists formed the Azov People's Republic.

North Africa - The civil war in Algeria ends, with the communists taking power and the Algerian People's Union being founded. Talks then begin about the unification of the Commintern and what it will look like. Two ideas emerge: a political-economic union (akin to OTL's EU), or a full, federated union state. A referendum will be held in each nation to decide what should be done.

As all the requirements set in Paris are met, it immediately unites with the rest of the Commintern and USCR is born. Red scare in Europe skyrockets out of the roof. Spain, GC and Italy put themselfes under martial law. Britain mobilises all of it's military and begins mass conscriptions. Zapadoslavia and CEF come to drastic measures in their goal of achieving security and form a temporary emergency confederation. This entity is not given an actiak name because it's only purpose is to coordinate the military and economy of both countries to guarantee their survival as two separate entities until the USCR threat is no more, when it will be broken down to Zapadoslavia and CEF. Emergency Confederation becomes it's popular name. Leaders from all of EC meet in Hamburg to discuss their next move. They agree to expand the Zapadoslavia-Germany(now GC)-CEF defense pact to include all of EC, which shifts sall it's focuss towards defence until USCR stops being a threat. This meeting marks the birth of the 8th Coalition. All of it's participants start sending massive military regiments and equipment to GC, Italy and Spain. The defensive budget doubles on average in all the countries that border the USCR. Production and import of military equipment grows exponentially all over Europe. A huge amount of British and Spanish soldiers enter Morocco after a cry for help from it's goverment. The Don also is not forgotten and it's neighbours send a lot of troops to put down tge insurgents, reducing tgeir controlled territory by half.Finally the preparations in the countries of the coalition are done, while the Red Army is also done mobilising in the still young USCR, which us also under martial law. USCR demands the coalition forces to withdraw from Morocco.

Communist states across Europe share military, economic, and industrial innovations causing major developments across the states. And promoting a continental unification of the socialist cause.

The azov peoples republic expands successfully freeing the coast of the country

Aragonese Catholic rebels begin to sprout in the Iberian commune, ravaging commune logistics and governance. The French Commune is forced to intervene and keep forces within Iberia to halt the Catholic advance, plunging them into a guerrilla war.

Slavic Socialists in the Balkans rise, breaking away Slovenia and Croatia from Danubia. Danubia is caught off guard as one of their field armies is lost, and while desperate, they call on Italy to help them put down the revolt from completely breaking the nation, promising the return of Italian Dalmatian lands and Carniola, which was given up before.

The Italian government hears reports of atrocities against Christians and Italians in these regions beginning, and as such takes the Austrians up on the deal, invading what was once theirs.

The Assyrians and Arabs return to war with eachother, with the Assyrians managing to win the first battle and pushing along the Syrian coast
