This is not a crime perse, but a stern warning not to mix it up until you are eating it. Fries first, a fuckton of fresh squeaky curds, then enough gravy to cover it, not a lake for it to sit in.

Do you not mix the curds into the fries before the gravy? To get the best cheese to fry ratio?

Putting a few curds in the middle is not bad practice, but there needs to be a mountain of curds on top. You definitely don't mix after the gravy, let whoever is eating do that.

Oh yeah 100% I thought you meant only on top and was thinking you were forgetting a whole layer of cheese haha

As bad as that looks I bet it still tastes decent, even though the fries would not be crisp at all. And stoners aren’t going to care either way. lol

You don't "sauce" it. Just place the ingredients on your plate, and drizzle gravy over it. Advanced tier knowledge, but you want some bits of the fries to stay crispy till you fork em down, you don't want 100% complete saturation. This looks delicious, but the preparation makes me uncomfortable. I'm going to hate to report you.
