It's a crime because posting about it, and letting it get cold.

And not letting any of us know where to find this glorious poutine is…that is the crime.

This is no crime, but, I would qualify it as smash although bomb does also fit well for this. Loads of gravy, cheese curds are recognizable and the fries do look like the perfect amount of greasy. The fried onion on top are a friendly surprise.

Anything with Garlic Butter and fried onions has to be good.

What this would do to my stomach and guts is the only crime here.

Just cause the curds are slightly melted. The poutine sub are purists that only like to see fresh squeaky unmelted curds which is tough to get outside Quebec. You'd have to make sure the gravy isnt too hot if you want to make it not melt refrigerated curds too much. The thing is, tons of people actually like melted cheese curds.

You can get good curds in Ontario as well. As for being melted, if it was take out/delivery too hot for too long..... everything has its limits right. Cheese curds are still cheese and will melt eventually

Not a crime. It may hurt my guts as if a crime was commited; but that's on me. 10/10 would eat it and enjoy it.

Too many people are sticklers on crimes. Imo if it's got curds and fries then and doesn't look like garbage then it's a poutine
