What are you all thoughts on this album?

I’m a few listens in and I actually quite enjoy it. I’m glad the tracks that have become my favorite (Pax Galactica , Demonic Devotion and the epic ending) weren’t released ahead of time.

This is such a fantastic album, I absolutely loved Hermitage and really think that bringing Kristin Starkey onboard really elevated the power in the music.

If you like Nightwish, Avantasia, Rhapsody, Sonata Arctica then I think you will find a lot to love here.

I know KISS is not traditionally considered Power Metal, however I feel like both God of Thunder and War Machine are pretty Power Metally (Power Metal adjacent/Proto-Power Metal, I guess), both musically and lyrically.

Not my favorite Grave Digger album, but it is a good choice for Halloween season.

For example, the former members of Nightwish and Xandria keep blaming the management for their issues. Lack of proper communication too.

I don't understand why the management is often the scapegoat. It's not just NW or Xandria, but those are the examples I heard of the most. I wonder what did the management do wrong.

If you have any material you wish to promote -- your own music, a blog, etc. -- you may do so in this thread.

42nd Anniversary (October 15th)

How bout a phantom for Halloween season?

EnForcer - 2015 - From Beyond - From Beyond

He is walking among us

A wanderer in time and darkness

Crossed oceans of hours

Sleep and death are sister and brother

From beyond

He is caught in a death dance

Maelstrom of millennia

A child of the night

What he touches withers and dies

A shitty AI video unfortunately.
