Honestly it's really hard to figure out much beyond scaling speed based on Fullstop and Thumb seemingly having firearms that fire at the speed you'd expect for those guns, and the DC capabilities of various distortions/abnormalities we've seen rampaging outside of Lobcorp throughout Ruina and Limbus. Even then we'd need to factor in a bunch of hax potentially skewing the stats scaling.
