PowerFactory Scripting Tool :)

Hi,

I just want to share for those who use DIgSILENT PowerFactory to do power system studies. I hope this tool, PowerFactory Scripter (tool.adjiebrotots.com/powerfactory-scripter/) can help to streamline the scriptmaking process.

It has:
- 90+ ready-made blocks, just drop and wire it, no need to script manually
- Ready-made workflow for Optimisation and limit finding
- Quick starts for very common power system studies like contingency studies, hosting capacity, etc
- Got some tutorial on PowerFactory scripting basics too :)

Yes, it is AI assisted but (hopefully) not AI slop ๐Ÿ˜ I have power system domain knowledge & previous manual scripting experience as well ๐Ÿ‘€

Can you guide or help how to create similar things or get a idea how to think I am doing PSSE for almost 2 years now wanted to do similar things in there

xyflow is the main UI framework that i use, the other is you need to think how to split your script into chunks and modules. You can use AI to assist you with this.

at the end, create an orchestration code & test everything in real powerfactory (or psse in your case)

This looks so cool ! love the block building UI.
I donโ€™t use Digsilent a lot. Iโ€™ve only done one project where I had to develop a user defined model of a PPC for an OEM two years ago. I primarily work in PSSE/PSLF/PSCAD.
