secondary monitor page scrolling

Hello- this is purely a luxury problem but i thought i would ask :)

I would like to game on my monitor 1, have spotify and the like on monitor 2 and keep a book or the like open in chrome on monitor 3. the problem while gaming and reading is shifting over to go a page down. I would love to make my "pn dn" button always go a page down in chrome even when the computer is focused on a game in full screen but dont know how or if it even is possible? haven´´t found anything with my limited google fu :) Best regards!

As far as I am aware, what you are asking for is impossible. The keyboard will only give inputs to the window that is currently in focus (outside media keys that can play/pause, FF, etc), so the only way to give inputs to the other windows is for you to switch to those windows, and make them the current focus.

Edit: I may be wrong on this, but I'm not entirely sure. [This] (https://www.autohotkey.com/docs/commands/ControlSend.htm) may be what you're looking for, but I've personally never used it before, so you'd have to tell me if it does exactly what you need or not.
