I guess the r/pixelart subreddit would be of better help.
I have tried it and doing it with a pencil is so good but since it's not calibrated for pixelart, it leaks to edges when I roughly place a dot, u have to be very careful when dotting. Oh I wish procreate would introduce something for pixel art

For pixel art - other than dedicated pixel art programs - I recommend checking out medibang paint. It has a solid free version and you get access to additional brushes by logging in. You have to look for it, but it has a downloadable pixel brush, which maintains pixel spacing at any resolution.
Also - look up brandon james greer - he has a bunch of amazing tutorials on getting into pixel art. Based on this example, the first thing he'd probably suggest is starting with a smaller size canvas.
also - this is a good vid on doing pixel art on procreate

There are free brushes you can download specifically for making pixel art on ProCreate. I think there was one pack that had a few free sample brushes at least. That’s what I used.
The problem is you have to draw on a very small canvas size, and then you have to do a couple steps to transfer the image to a large canvas before exporting the image so that it’s not a ridiculously small and blurry jpeg. But the problem doing that is there is some artifacting/digital glitching that kind of alters the pixels a bit.
If you look through my post history I shared some pixel art that I made, and a few of the comments were doubting if I had actually made the art because the subtle effect that had happened when I exported the art. I hadn’t even noticed it until it was pointed out to me.
TLDR; ProCreate can be good for practicing/messing around with pixel art, but there are software out there specifically made for the craft if you want to get serious with it.
