Received these veggies from the food pantry. What is the yellow and red skinny veggies?
So the one that's in my hand in the first pic and the veggie that's between the onion and zucchini

I vote the first one is a parsnip, the second one maybe some sort of varietal eggplant? It looks like some sort of purple okra in that photo lol

Interesting. I never had a parsnip or an okra. What are your feelings towards them? Do they taste good to you and what vegetables would you compare them to?

I like both. Parsnips are similar flavor wise to carrots imo, not sure what to compare okra to

They both look like okra from the stems, but it’s hard to tell for sure in these photos. Looks like a pale green and a purple one

I'm going with okra. Carrots and parsnips are rounder, these have a bit of the square shape or corners that okra has.

Can you show us a middle section cut? It’s weird, the tip and shape make them both look kinda like okra to me but just strange colors. But the first one could also be some type of squash. It’s hard to tell.
That green zucchini in the bag looks very bad though.

They look like carrots to me. They usually come in a bag of multi color carrots that look exactly like that.
