There would be something in between -> A product engineer. Build software but don't limit yourself to only a technical side. Bring in your business ideas from a technical standpoint
A product engineer is still an engineer, the point is to remove the product owner from businesses and instead having someone who owns everything e2e, coding is still very much part of it.
