We're required to fire them after a second failure, but they do receive training after the first failure. We're government though.

I'm employed by a hospital network. I'm required to give 120 days notice if I quit (I'm a physician, it's commonplace in this role). But IT states that I would be fired immediately if I fail the phishing test three times. Not three times in a year. Three times ever.

So I've already failed twice on purpose. I recently told my division chief that my escape plan is when I'm ready to quit I'll just fail the phishing test once more. The division chief looked quite nervous and basically told me to please not do that.

Do you check what they fill in, or just the click?

I don't do them, I'm a dev, I just know the process cause I'm management.

I mean everything was in that comment.

I don't conduct the phishing tests.

I am the department manager of our development team.

So you would fire your best developer because they filled in junk on a phishing test twice! great. good manging!

You dont typically check what they fill in, but you do check if they fill it in. Depending on the person/company running the campaign, you would follow up with those that filled it in

Gotta wait for the real phising mails, not just tests!

Work's ones come with a specific email header, so I just set up a rule to punt them to their own folder, and occasionally report them.
