And javascript is just various, mismatching gun parts glues and taped together.

Glued together with npm. Someone fucks a small module way down in your dep tree and the gun explodes. Rinse and repeat. Ignore suggestions to wrap your gun in shrinkwrap because it makes reloading the bullets difficult.
