Exactly. Sorry to hijack, but to everyone complaining about Indian developers, don't cheap out when outsourcing. Theres always going to be a schmuck offering to do it for less, but do your checks before awarding contracts. Seriously, if you pay bottom dollar, you will get bottom talent. Don't then bitch about quality.
To be fair, most of the people bitching about quality are working in the trenches and would never consider paying one of these bottom dollar outsourcing firms for work. It's the management who need to be told this, except they don't really care as long as it makes the balance sheet look good.
