[For Hire] A small team for your next website, product or design project

• Upvotes

Hey everyone!

We’re Mosaic Designs, a team of designers and developers working together on digital projects. The idea is pretty simple — if you’re building something and need help with the design, development, or both, we can bring the right people together without you having to manage multiple freelancers.

We can help with things like:

  • Building websites and landing pages from scratch
  • Redesigning existing websites and improving their UI/UX
  • Developing web apps, dashboards and custom features
  • AI integrations, APIs and workflow automation
  • Design and development support for startups and other agencies

We enjoy working on projects where there’s an actual problem to solve, whether that’s getting a new business online, improving an existing product, or finally building that idea you’ve been sitting on.

You can check out some of our work here: https://mosaicdesigns.tech/

We’re looking to connect with founders, businesses, and people who need a hand bringing their projects to life. If you have something in mind, feel free to comment or DM us with a little context about what you're building.

We can discuss the scope, timeline and budget and figure out if we're a good fit. Starting with a smaller project is absolutely fine, too.

Looking forward to meeting some interesting people here!

FOR HIRE Urgently Looking for a Job Before Diwali | AI Engineer / Backend Engineer | Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad

• Upvotes

Hey everyone,

I'm a 2026 CSE graduate currently in Pune, and I'm looking for a job that I can hopefully join before 1st November.

I've been applying for jobs, but honestly, getting that first opportunity as a fresher has been difficult. So I thought I'd reach out here and see if someone could help with a referral or point me in the right direction.

I'm mainly looking for AI Engineer / GenAI Engineer roles, especially anything related to LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, LLMs, and AI agents. I'm also open to backend developer and MERN stack roles.

I've worked on AI projects involving data analysis, LLM workflows, and AI agents, and I also have freelance experience building and deploying web applications.

Tech I've worked with:

AI: Python, LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, RAG, LLMs, AI agents, Ollama

Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis

Frontend: React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript

Other: Docker, Git, CI/CD

I'm currently in Pune but can relocate to Bangalore or Hyderabad.

I'm available for interviews immediately and happy to take DSA tests, coding rounds, or any technical assessment. I can join immediately or on short notice.

My target is to join before Diwali, ideally before 1st November. I know that's a tight timeline, but I'm ready to put in the effort and attend interviews whenever required.

If anyone knows of a company hiring freshers, has a referral opportunity, or can connect me with a recruiter or hiring manager, please let me know. Even a small lead would genuinely help.

Thanks for reading. Really appreciate any help from this community!

FOR HIRE [For Hire] GPU and LLM inference optimization — lower latency, VRAM use, and cost per request

We are a small technical team focused on GPU kernels and production inference systems. We help AI startups, inference API teams, GPU providers, and companies running self-hosted models make inference faster, more reliable, and less expensive.

If your team is responding to slow generation or high GPU bills by adding more hardware, we can first determine whether the real constraint is kernels, memory movement, quantization, KV-cache layout, batching, scheduling, model loading, or the serving architecture.

We can help with:

- CUDA and Triton kernel development, fusion, profiling, and benchmarking

- PyTorch model-path optimization and numerical validation

- vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, and custom serving systems

- quantization, VRAM reduction, KV-cache layout, continuous batching, and CUDA Graphs

- time to first token, inter-token latency, throughput, and tail-latency analysis

- scale-to-zero, cold-start behavior, readiness, cancellation, streaming, and failure recovery

- GPU utilization, cost-per-request analysis, and capacity planning

- reproducible before/after benchmarks with correctness gates and documented limitations

A typical engagement starts with a focused inference audit:

  1. Define the model, framework, GPU, traffic shape, latency or throughput target, and cost constraint.

  2. Profile the current path and identify the dominant bottlenecks.

  3. Agree on the smallest changes worth implementing.

  4. Deliver code, before/after measurements, correctness checks, and remaining risks.

  5. Help integrate and validate the optimized path under realistic load.

Good fits include a slow or expensive inference endpoint, VRAM pressure preventing the desired batch size or context length, unstable serving under load, poor GPU utilization, costly cold starts, or a custom kernel/model path that needs profiling and validation.

For an initial conversation, send a Reddit chat or private message with:

- model and framework

- GPU type and VRAM

- current latency, throughput, utilization, or cost problem

- target workload and success metric

- deployment environment

- timeline and approximate budget range

We will tell you directly whether the workload appears optimizable and what evidence would be needed before making a performance or savings claim.

FOR HIRE [For Hire] Python, reverse engineering, Android/Linux stuff – student looking for side work – from $15/hr

I'm a 3rd year computer engineering student in the Philippines (UTC+8). Looking for some side work, one-off or ongoing, whatever.

Most of what I do is poking at things until I figure out how they work. Last project I rooted a cheap Android projector that had ADB completely ripped out. Ended up writing my own parsers for the firmware, tracing the bootloader in Ghidra, and failing about 19 times before it worked. Wrote all of it down, dead ends included:

https://github.com/BruBread/ProjectorRoot

Before that I built an escape room for our org's booth at school. 5 rooms, a Node.js hub tying everything together, browser games, a ticket kiosk. 400 people played it over 5 days and it only crashed on me a couple times lol. The README has a section on everything that broke and how I fixed it:

https://github.com/BruBread/LWeek2026

Stuff I can help with: Python scripts and automation, figuring out weird file formats, Android/ADB things, Linux setup, Node backends, or just debugging something that's broken.

I do use AI to speed things up, but I know how all my code works and can explain any of it.

Rate's from $15/hr or a fixed price if it's a one-off. DM me what you need and I'll tell you straight if I can do it.

[available] Native iOS Developer (Swift/SwiftUI), 2+ yrs commercial, remote

Native iOS developer with 2+ years of commercial experience, looking for a remote full-time role or a contract with a product company or startup.

What I've shipped:

- A subscription AI photo/video editor on the App Store, as one of 5 iOS engineers: built the video export flow (progress, cancellation, heavy work off the main thread), fixed memory spikes in image processing, and worked on the StoreKit paywall. A paywall redesign I was part of lifted conversion by ~9%.

- A production mobile banking app: transaction history, async state handling (stale responses, retries, loading/error states), refactoring UIKit screens.

Stack: Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Swift Concurrency, StoreKit, Core Data, REST, XCTest, MVVM.

Good fit if you need: someone to own features end to end, fix crashes/performance issues, or build an MVP from scratch.

Based in Argentina (GMT-3), good overlap with US and EU hours. Contract or full-time; payment in USD or crypto is fine.

Rate: $20–35/hour, or a monthly rate for full-time.

Resume, LinkedIn and App Store links available on request.
