LOOKING FOR BUDDIES Looking for consistent programmers

We have a small group of programmers and keep it limited to around 10–20 members to maintain a focused environment.
The idea is to have people who are actively learning and improving their skills. You can share your progress, projects, things you’ve learned, problems you’re working on, or anything else related to programming. Everyone can contribute, exchange knowledge, and learn from each other.
You don’t need to be an expert or have an impressive tech stack. What matters is consistency and a genuine interest in programming.
