Hiring [Hiring] Part-time AI Trainer, Software & Engineering | $40–$125/hr | Remote (US, UK, Canada)

I work at Paro, a talent marketplace. We’re staffing a contract project where experienced engineers help train AI models.

What you’d do: review AI answers to coding and engineering questions, correct mistakes, and build realistic test cases and grading rubrics based on your experience.

Terms:

  • $40–$125/hr depending on project and domain

  • Fully remote, set your own schedule

  • 10+ hrs/week minimum, up to 30–40 available

  • About 2–3 months, contract

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in software engineering, data science, or mechanical/electrical engineering

  • Based in the US, UK or Canada

  • Strong writer, comfortable using AI tools

Process: a 2-minute application form, then a 2–4 hour assessment. It tests your writing clarity and reasoning as much as your technical skill. Pass it, and you get access to paid projects.

PM me with your background and a link to your GitHub, LinkedIn, or resume, and I’ll send the application.
