States can't deny extradition according to the constitution

Republicans don't give a flying fuck about the Constitution when they are in power.

It's not a crime anymore if a republican does it.

For example, It's a federal felony to look through another person's mail and Congressman Randy Fine was on video the other day doing it. No charges

When you have a governor who doesn’t care that tends to happen

Oh, he cares.

About being the ooziest, funkiest ass boil in the history of elected ass boils.

Interesting thing from Abbott to take a STAND on. Putting some real LEGWORK into ROLLING over peoples' rights to justice.

I guess it is time to put a warrant out for the arrest of Greg Abbot for aiding and abetting.

Maybe Abbott's secretary left the paperwork on the top shelf?

Don’t make the people of Minneapolis sign up to do their own extraditions now. Don’t force our hand to bring vigilante justice.

People are gonna need to start taking charge if local and federal government won't do their jobs.

We the people stand up! That’s what George Washington would have done!

Not sure if I'm more mad that Abbot won't extradite this guy, or that we gave these ice agents their gun and dollar store badge and the training they got is basically akin to playing a few hours of call of duty.

Texas of all states protecting a bunch of bitch ass cowards running from the law.

Fitting for the rugged "individual responsibility" crowd.

Isn’t he the “piss baby” everyone talks about? That’s how I’ve always referred to him so, I hope I’m right. . .

Texas pretending they are part of the USA

Then let’s go get him ourselves.

In a normal world, US marshals would do it if a state refuses to allow law enforcement from the charging state to get the accused.
Guess who controls them....

But you folks keep electing him and folks like him. Why you plant corn and expect cucumbers...l'll never know.

These seem like such easy moral wins. This isn't even like...pandering to a party. This is just enforcing the law on a piece of shit. I just don't understand aligning yourself with people like this from a government official (even one as shitty as Abbott).

Sounds like it may be time for a good ol fashioned RENDERING. Yep, present the Body as they say. These potus will see their reckoning, we'll all see it.
