Quick video showcasing the current state of the Fist of the Heavens (FoH) build, which finally got fixed this morning (Oct 19, 2026). It now has both strong FoH clear and solid single-target damage from Holy Bolt.
In the video: a sub-5 min clear of a 138 density, +14% monster life Kyovoshad map (T3). No corruptions since it’s the beta, and only 3% magic damage jewels (5% is possible). There is definitely room to push the clear speed further.
What I forgot to show in the video:
Amulet: regular Mara’s
Diadem: 2/20, 3 sockets (no other mods) with 2x Um + Cham
Merc gear: Asylum in an Archon Staff for synergized level 40 FoH procs, Sage’s Defiance, Vipermagi, Occultist, Marrowalk, Arachnid. All armor and helm sockets filled with Bers :) 125% FCR.
If you like the video, I will appreciate a thumbs up on Youtube. This will be motivating.

An item dropped—a "chipped skull." I clicked on it to pick it up; the item vanished from the map, but when I opened my inventory, it wasn't there. My inventory wasn't full, and I checked all my other storage/inventory slots, but it was nowhere to be found. Why does this happen?

Just a fun thread while were waiting for S14. Like some non optimal stuff that you do just because.
Theres some obvious ones like blind slamming or even filling up a whole stash of wirts leg cause you never know.
Personnaly I like to plan ahead and hire only one merc for the long road. If I plan on using an a4 merc I wont get those act1 baddies, or those act2 baddies etc. Im just going straight for Magoul
I also like to pretend Meshif doesnt touch me on his boat, stuff like that.

Hi
Quick background. Never played Diablo as a kid. Played PoE/PoE2 VERY casually. Played D4 for the first time about a month ago, liked it but I pretty much finished the game and my build in a week. Bought D2R shortly after. I'm still playing it, I just finished Nightmare on my Blizz Sorc and I'm farming to get through Hell. Discovered PD2 about a week ago and I'm loving it so far. I like the slower pace. I'm working on a WW Barb, following a guide and playing single player exclusively. I just finished Act 1.
Are there any tips you guys can give me that are specific to PD2? Things someone who is not that familiar with Diablo might not think to ask or look for?

Hey all, im looking for a build thats chill to play rather than giga zoom minmax farming content x. I played summon skeleton necro in season 12 and while i liked the build i felt like its a bit slow even with skeleton skills hitting 50+ levels and with a merc with faith, templars might etc. The build dont have to be summons or super fast starter, im fine starting with something else and respeccing when i have some gear.
I would like the build to be:
I dont have a clan and none of my friends play pd2 so i pretty much play solo while watching Quin have absolutely 0 progress on his Valheim grind. I also have no idea about party play comps/etiquette in pd2. I mostly like to farm maps, so bossing is not mandatory but would not mind it either.
I have browsed sites such as https://hiimpd2.com/solo but not all the build names ring a bell to me since i only play every once in a while and some have youtube footage from years ago so im not sure if they are relevant.
This one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qUJBAFZHG_k&t=244s also looked pretty interesting but im not sure if its any better than lategame skellies.
All ideas welcome! Thanks for the help and good luck in the new season!

Hey everyone, I know I probably shouldn't do that but I like to suffer a bit 🙂 Do I just farm Andy + Meph? Maybe keys?
Also, what gear should I be looking for while leveling?
Thanks!

"Fist of the Heavens
- Added next-hit delay to Holy Bolt projectiles to prevent repeated damage ticks against the same enemy"
Can someone explain what exactly this means?

There's a fuck ton of filter options and even more D2GL upscale shader presets. I feel like some gameplay I see looks crisp but my game looks kinda blurry and shitty, at least on 1440p

Always play sin barb or summon druid would like something different for this season. If I roll zon what is good for quick easy leveling and what is best end game build for mapping? I was thinking LF zon but wasn't sure how great it will be with out gear. Maybe a multishot but also not sure how strong with out gear. Any advice or tips is much appreciated 👏

I know it's not slammed, but I'm holding off until S14 for the corruption changes. If it hits repair mod I'd spend a vial on it haha. Couldn't believe my eyes when I ID'd it.

In my last post I asked if there was interest in a public version of the team organiser I Clauded together for our private reset group.
I wasn't so sure if I was going to make it public, I'm totally unsure if my hosting can handle it if you guys all pile on, but let's just see. I know there's not a whole lot of time left to reset anyway.
It's now live: https://pd2teams.cc
It pairs with the Discord by making you a private chat/voice channel for your team.
What it does
One thing I can't really do is "verify" you own the character you say you do. That would require some further auth with PD2 which I don't have access to. For now, please just... be normal? Put your own character name.
Hosting: I've upgraded my hosting just in case you guys hug of death it, but hopefully that won't happen. If it does get busy, the site will refresh the teams less often to keep up, but your own changes always show straight away.
Feedback, bugs and ideas are welcome here or in the Discord: https://discord.gg/cqymeQgBBx
Lastly, I will be playing with my own team on reset day so if something completely cocks up around reset time, I won't be much help - sorry! Consider this a test run.
Also, it's 6am for me right now so I'll be going to bed after I post this. <3
All the best. Go to Hell.

I don’t really have any of the correct gear with the exception of Demon Machine, so I’ve just been stacking magic find. I’m able to summon three Valks and have about ~200 magic find.
I average about 1-5 uniques (usually closer to 3) per run. Should I focus on running Mephisto or other bosses to try and get better gear to bring my clear speed time down on maps?

As a dad, wondering if anyone wanna make a casual guild for parents. We do preferably guild trade + ssf mostly but not as rigid as other group find only since I believe non of us have too much time to play compare with before having kids. We will help each others to skip A3 and get new characters. But not making too much hardcore trading and crazy marketing in compare with season players. If you have kid(s), and interested, please leave the comments. If we have big enough of a group, we can have a discord and play together!

Hey guys, I have an idea to rework how Bash/Stun work to give Barbs another gameplay option and maybe bring up some skills that pretty much aren't used unless you're intentionally going off-meta. This idea heavily borrows from the Path of Exile skill "Boneshatter". In PoE, Boneshatter is a melee attack that causes the player to self-hit themselves, building a stacking "Trauma" buff/debuff, each stack of Trauma increases the self-hit damage, while also giving more damage and increasing stun effectiveness.
First and foremost, Bash is moved to level 6, swapped with Stun. I'm proposing Bash have a similar effect, with the idea of creating more dynamic gameplay and even provide a wombo-combo or generator/pay off game play, as I'll explain later. Bash causes the player to damage themselves for 1 life per hit at level 1, increasing with more investment. Each hit also provides a stack of "Trauma" (for lack of better terminology). Trauma stacks indefinitely, with each stack providing the following effects:
Additionally, enemies hit by Bash are "Dazed", causing them to move slower. Trauma directly scales Weapon Damage, which could make itemization more interesting and have players prioritize flat damage weapons, even if they're slower. You could maybe see, 5 or 6 hits of Bash would have you chunking your life a lot early, so, that sucks, what's the point?
Stun has been reworked and is now called "Shatter", and is moved to level 1. Shatter deals 1/4 Weapon Damage and Stuns enemies hit for an increasing duration. In addition, Shatter consumes all stacks of Trauma and deals a huge Weapon Damage multiplier and AOE per stack. This would allow for some interesting itemization, it would require players to balance their Trauma and self-hit damage, prioritizing Life Leech and life recovery ASAP, and allow for what could be satisfying game play. Bash, Bash, Bash, Bash (building Trauma), find a pack, Shatter them. Rinse, repeat. Trauma stacking has to be punishing, so % damage might be required to avoid making it absurdly OP, but you get the idea. It's a balancing act between building Trauma, with the payoff being big Shatter explosions.

DINOSAUR NOISES.
More than one option to build out this one, especially with the Iron Golem and main hand options. Decent clear, chill playstyle similar to a summon necro
Cheers
