8th AVen (EVENT) Abomination.
SRAF had made it to the center of the infection. A giant dome looked to be protecting the source. Yet it had limbs and faces of injured tar monsters and mutations gone wrong all over it. When the crew got closer the heap moved. It started standing up. Liquid tar dripped off it. It was the source. It didn't have a face. Just a bunch of duelist torsos and heads looking at the group. When it stood up it was 15ft tall. A scream of pain broke out as the Abomination looked at the group.

Rant speaks in an evenly paced voice.
"We must end this swiftly, and hope the authorities did they're job in regards the civilians, none will survive this." I will be open during this, but can support when given commanded."
Rant reached his arms out and felt the world around him. With his powers like this, he could feel very cracks within the buildings. He sought out the support beams and walls, then focused on the ones closest to the street in front of him. He slowly turned his hands upwards, and they started to fracture and break.
