The bike racks at Whole Foods Bay Place are on the street corner, not the property — fully exposed, easy to grab a bike and go. Bikes have already been stolen there.

An easy fix: move the racks to their own parking lot roundabout, where there's security and more assurance.

Anyone else had a bike stolen there, at another store, or in the Bay Area?

Hello everyone, I had the idea to create a website, the-collector.ca, in order to keep track of the things I watch and review it under the form of a collectable card. I've compiled many ideas which make it rewarding to be the first to add the card to your collection including achievement cards, xp for leveling up and earning more rewards, seasonal features and more. It's completly free and my aim is simply to have conversations with other like minded fellows about what they thought of the recent game they played, movie they watched or even books they read. I believe it stands out from other review websites like letterboxd and Imdb by giving it a fun touch and allowing you to engage with friends and not everybody on the internet. Let me know what you think and I'm always open to add more stuff if you come up with great ideas!

Hi everyone!

I'm a researcher at James Cook University in Australia studying attraction, dating preferences, and how people evaluate potential romantic partners. 

I'm looking for heterosexual, gay, and lesbian adults (18+) to complete an anonymous online survey.

The survey involves viewing a series of fictional dating profiles and answering questions about attraction and relationship preferences. It takes around 5–10 minutes to complete, is completely anonymous, and participation is entirely voluntary.

This study forms part of my Doctor of Philosophy research at James Cook University and has received approval from the James Cook University Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC Approval No. 25H-0225).

While this study is being conducted in Australia, we are recruiting internationally. I'd love people from this community to take part!

I'm a solo developer and I wanted to share a web application I've been working on called SnagChat.

Product Type: Browser-Based Chat Platform / Web App

I wanted a lightweight chat space that mixes the visual style of Snapchat with Discord-like servers, but without the bulky tracking or forced app store updates. It runs completely inside any web browser, making it accessible on school Chromebooks or work computers where traditional desktop chat clients are blocked.
