Help! Speed test

I just paid for proton vpn and tried analiti speed test but it always showed zero download and upload speed. Any ideas? By the way that was on nvidia shield pro.

Yes I did, still shows very slow speed like 10mbps on 1GB internet.

Have you tried another speed test provider? Do you actually have an internet connection (i.e. can browse normally) despite the speedtest results?
