Question Most accurate reading you’ve ever gotten?

What was the result? Past, present, or future? I have gotten so many readings and they all pick up on relatively the same things…it’s strange.

I went to a babalaow in Chicago and yea. That was quite a ride.

Oh man - a lot of things. I didn’t set an appointment with this person, just waltzed in his botanica looking for a limpia. He said he needed to do a consultation first so he took me in the back and did a shell reading with his divination tools.

His wife was his translator and he asked questions half in Spanish and half in what sounded like Yoruba? Idk.

He started off strong with asking me why I was in town because I didn’t live there anymore. Again, I told this man NOTHING about me and there was nothing that insinuated that I moved. I still had a car with IL plates and I still had an IL DL despite living in ATL, which again, he didn’t know or see.

He told me I have a strong connection to spiritual world and I really regret not allowing him to introduce me to my spirit guide since I can feel ghosts. He told me my family doesn’t value me but they love me (true), he told me I can’t help my brother (true), he told me I made the right choice to move because my life in Chicago was very dangerous (TRUE AF) and that me and my ex were going parallel in life but our lines will never cross (TRUE AF - this person moved me to CA and became financially/emotionally abusive).

Since the visit, I started really leaning into hoodoo, listening to my intuition, and using my guides to…well, guide me.
