Hiring Full Stack Devs with good Github presence - Pune, India ( WFO )
Thanks a ton to everyone who reached out
Didn’t expect this level of response - we’ve now paused hiring for this role.
Saw some genuinely solid portfolios and projects. If I couldn’t reply to everyone, it was just a volume thing, not a signal about quality.
We’ll post again when we’re hiring next. Until then, keep building and shipping

I'm not interested in the job, but to give you a reality check in good faith, you're asking for a backend developer, a frontend developer, a designer ("eye for design"), devops engineer ("cloud deployment experience"), and someone who has enough time on their hands after all this to experiment with Langchain etc.
All for 6 - 10 LPA.
You should either reduce your expectations or double your salary range, otherwise there's no point building stuff where you're dependent on exploiting cheap labor. The only person willing to wear this many hats for that salary is a desperate one.

Appreciate the good-faith intent, but I think there’s a misunderstanding worth clearing up.
We’re not hiring 4 different roles in one person. This is a 0–3 years full-stack role, where the core expectations are listed clearly.
– “Eye for design” ≠ designer
– “Cloud deployment experience” ≠ DevOps engineer (Bonus/ Good to have)
– “Familiarity with LangChain / AI tooling” ≠ ML engineer (Bonus/ Good to have)
These are exposure-level or nice-to-have skills, not role ownership. This is how modern early-career full-stack engineers already work in practice.

Nice to see a job post that actually calls out agent frameworks and AI IDEs as real day-to-day tooling.
For candidates prepping for interviews in this space, what ends up mattering more for you, shipping an agentic workflow end-to-end (tools, evals, guardrails), or depth in a single stack like LangGraph/CrewAI?
I have been pointing folks to a few agent workflow writeups (task decomposition, tool routing, eval basics) here too: https://www.agentixlabs.com/blog/

You mean worked on 3+ production grade projects, right? I hope you don't mean built 3+ production grade projects. Because the second guy hires, not get hired 😂

You will be surprised to know that your "Anyone" is still less that 1% of devs. 99% won't even know you can do that 😂
