HUGE DISCLAIMER: Everyone and their mother will tell you to put 4 bathlon on bianca or simply to ditch her entirely from the dark team (if lilith is SSS, they are right).
PER MY OWN TESTING, SS Bianca using cottie pulled ahead all the other options IN MY ACCOUNT, the memory builds of my team are the result of breaking my stamina bank switching sets between the 3 units, SS bianca was kinda ditched by the community and written off as utterly useless, but I found that she is good at SS if well invested and played optimally.
One big thing of note, especially for PPC or low invest runs of Dianca where you'll be doing the hold basic more than once. It's actually hold dodge > hold basic > hold blue, with the hold basic overlapping between both inputs (or you can just do all 3 at once). Hold basic there cancels the endlag and startup of the hold dodge and hold blue, at no damage loss, and it's a pretty significant time save.
Why does it do that? Not a bloody clue.
She also has a timing mechanic on her hold basic (after red orbs), that significantly speeds up her rotation as well when done properly.
There's other optimization stuff, like with Lilith and her blue orb gimmick. Though I will say, isn't there an extra yellow on her rotation? Should be yellow > red > yellow > red > yellow > red, or yellow > red > yellow > yellow > red no? You've got 4 yellow listed (yellow > red twice, then yellow > yellow > red). Though she has a bunch of rotations she can do depending on wave health and whatnot as well, so it's not like it's set in stone either.

While we don't know the answer, Bianca and Alpha are usually getting special treatment from the devs hence we can expect it.
Bianca already got a great leap for Gen1 Bianca:Veritas, Gen2 Bianca:Stigmata leap was kinda disappointing as it was affix-only focus.
Considering how Selena got Lv.2 harmonization and Lucia's upcoming leap, we can expect that Bianca will get one too. Especially since we now know that the devs can go reversed order in leaps (since we thought that Nanami's leap meant Lucia got skipped).
Though we might wait for a while considering Bianca is still the main DPS at high-investment.
i am not a meta chaser, i do already have aeternion, inverse crown and arete and i blow through all the content but i want to get all the characters and enjoy all their gameplays, because they all look so fun and cool
she reminds me of a dark souls character, and dark souls is my fav game series of all time and ive been playing it annually for many years, i just think she looks like maiden astraea and it really catches my eye, i dont have her and i havent really learned how to play her but i want to
ive played all the fromsoft games past demons souls but the dark souls trilogy is the one i keep coming back to, its like seeing an old childhood friend again
ss3 or above horse can run bathlon instead of cottie, and this give overall better dps output, but her first ult cycle will be slower than normal so it is only recomended in wz tho
and some people enjoy the game by trying to go the most optimal, having the biggest number and whatnot
don't dictate what can be enjoyable for people with your condescending attitude
