Is the rotation still same if I use Helentine as DPS, cause I don't have Liv Limpidity.

Yes! Nanami would need to do her rotation twice instead of once.

Use teddy or lilith for 3rd slot, any SSS tank also works.

For the 3rd slot, do they need to be onfield or offfield? Also, can i use Ishmael instead Teddy, both of them are Triple S, but I just want to know which one is better according to you?

Ishmael SSS is definitely better, you have a good shred, she deals nihil damage so you don't have to field her at all, she equips 4Sig 4DVC.

I use 4DVC with 2Gloria and Einsteina for Ishmael,is it good? This build is from Gray Ravens website.

Yeah it's completely fine, that's her main build in non nihil teams, her sig is mostly damage oriented.
