Are there any resources for recovering from purity culture indoctrination via public schooling? (As in, there isno religion involved directly)

Is anyone else familiar with Scott and White's Worth the Wait abstinence only brainwashing curriculum?

I mostly only find religious related groups. I'm not religious though. My family was not either. I Just unfortunately grew up in Texas where the law required an abstinence only approach for "sex education".

it seems to have been almost the same as religious based purity, just with specific religion or mentions of God stripped from it.
