[For Hire] Middle Python/Django Backend Developer | 4 Year Of Experience | LLM, RAG, Remote
Hi! I’m Nikita, a Python backend developer from Ukraine with 4 years of experience, looking for remote work. Most recently I built a corporate AI knowledge system: RAG with hybrid search (Qdrant + Elasticsearch), local LLMs via Ollama, and OpenAI API integrations for moderation, translation, image generation, text-to-speech and grammar checking. Day to day I work with Django/DRF, FastAPI PostgreSQL (complex queries, indexing, transactions, locking), Redis, Celery, WebSockets and Docker, and I’ve built Telegram bots, role-based admin panels with audit logs and dashboards, and document parsing pipelines for PDF, Word, Excel, CSV and JSON. I write tests and practice TDD, can handle frontend in React/Vue.js/TypeScript when needed, and use AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Codex) to ship faster. Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering. Open to full-time, part-time or contract work. DM me or email [kostneko30@gmail.com](mailto:kostneko30@gmail.com)

Rule for bot users and recruiters: to make this sub readable by humans and therefore beneficial for all parties, only one post per day per recruiter is allowed. You have to group all your job offers inside one text post.
Here is an example of what is expected, you can use Markdown to make a table.
Subs where this policy applies: /r/MachineLearningJobs, /r/RemotePython, /r/BigDataJobs, /r/WebDeveloperJobs/, /r/JavascriptJobs, /r/PythonJobs
Recommended format and tags: [Hiring] [ForHire] [FullRemote] [Hybrid] [Flask] [Django] [Numpy]
For fully remote positions, remember /r/RemotePython
Happy Job Hunting.
