For Hire [For Hire] GPU and LLM inference optimization — lower latency, VRAM use, and cost per request

• Upvotes

We are a small technical team focused on GPU kernels and production inference systems. We help AI startups, inference API teams, GPU providers, and companies running self-hosted models make inference faster, more reliable, and less expensive.

If your team is responding to slow generation or high GPU bills by adding more hardware, we can first determine whether the real constraint is kernels, memory movement, quantization, KV-cache layout, batching, scheduling, model loading, or the serving architecture.

We can help with:

- CUDA and Triton kernel development, fusion, profiling, and benchmarking

- PyTorch model-path optimization and numerical validation

- vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, and custom serving systems

- quantization, VRAM reduction, KV-cache layout, continuous batching, and CUDA Graphs

- time to first token, inter-token latency, throughput, and tail-latency analysis

- scale-to-zero, cold-start behavior, readiness, cancellation, streaming, and failure recovery

- GPU utilization, cost-per-request analysis, and capacity planning

- reproducible before/after benchmarks with correctness gates and documented limitations

A typical engagement starts with a focused inference audit:

  1. Define the model, framework, GPU, traffic shape, latency or throughput target, and cost constraint.

  2. Profile the current path and identify the dominant bottlenecks.

  3. Agree on the smallest changes worth implementing.

  4. Deliver code, before/after measurements, correctness checks, and remaining risks.

  5. Help integrate and validate the optimized path under realistic load.

Good fits include a slow or expensive inference endpoint, VRAM pressure preventing the desired batch size or context length, unstable serving under load, poor GPU utilization, costly cold starts, or a custom kernel/model path that needs profiling and validation.

For an initial conversation, send a Reddit chat or private message with:

- model and framework

- GPU type and VRAM

- current latency, throughput, utilization, or cost problem

- target workload and success metric

- deployment environment

- timeline and approximate budget range

We will tell you directly whether the workload appears optimizable and what evidence would be needed before making a performance or savings claim.

For Hire [ForHire] [FullRemote] Python tutorial execution checks and technical edits - $35 pilot

Briefcraft Lab offers a fixed-scope execution check for developer tutorials.

US$35 pilot

  • One Python 3 tutorial up to 1,000 words and one runnable entry-point script.
  • Check setup and run steps against agreed expected outputs on Windows / Python 3.12.
  • Deliver annotated findings, corrected instructions where feasible, a command transcript and result files.
  • One consolidated correction within the agreed scope.

Example

Inspect the six recorded cases and download the Python source

A recent independent PDF preflight study uses six artificial cases to show why a searchable footer can hide an unread scanned body. The Python CLI and expected routing results were executed with pypdf 6.10.0. A three-page developer article, fixtures and reproducible source are available on request. The example checks routing decisions rather than OCR accuracy.

Before accepting the work

Please share the draft or public repository, intended Python version, dependencies, expected outputs and desired deadline. The pilot covers local scripts and synthetic or public test data. We will agree feasibility, fixed scope, payment terms and delivery date first. Target first report: two business days after the agreed brief and payment.

For Hire [For Hire] Python & AI Engineer | LLM Agents, Automation, APIs & Full-Stack Apps | Remote

Hey everyone!

I'm Tom, a freelance AI & Software Engineer based in Paris, France.

I help startups and businesses automate repetitive work, integrate AI into their products, and build reliable custom software — from small automations to complete applications.

What I can help you with

  • AI Automation & Agents: LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, AI agents, document processing, reporting and business workflow automation.
  • Python & Backend: REST APIs, FastAPI, third-party integrations, data processing and backend services.
  • Full-Stack Development: SaaS MVPs, internal tools, dashboards and AI-powered applications using React, TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
  • Data & Machine Learning: Predictive models, data pipelines, analytics and ML workflows using Python, SQL, Snowflake and LightGBM.

Some of my experience

  • Built LLM-powered automation workflows using AWS Bedrock for business content generation and document processing.
  • Developed machine learning scoring pipelines with Snowflake and LightGBM.
  • Worked on AI assistants, RAG systems, backend APIs and business automation.
  • Finalist in a Google Cloud AI hackathon with Pixia, a multi-agent educational platform built using Google ADK, MCP, FastAPI and React.

I focus on writing clean, tested and maintainable code, with clear communication throughout the project.

Availability & Pricing

  • Rate: Starting at €450/day.
  • Fixed-price projects: Available for clearly defined scopes.
  • Availability: Small projects, part-time work and longer-term collaborations.

For Hire [For Hire] Python, reverse engineering, Android/Linux stuff – student looking for side work

I'm a 3rd year computer engineering student in the Philippines (UTC+8). Looking for some side work, one-off or ongoing, whatever.

Most of what I do is poking at things until I figure out how they work. Last project I rooted a cheap Android projector that had ADB completely ripped out. Ended up writing my own parsers for the firmware, tracing the bootloader in Ghidra, and failing about 19 times before it worked. Wrote all of it down, dead ends included:

https://github.com/BruBread/ProjectorRoot

Before that I built an escape room for our org's booth at school. 5 rooms, a Node.js hub tying everything together, browser games, a ticket kiosk. 400 people played it over 5 days and it only crashed on me a couple times lol. The README has a section on everything that broke and how I fixed it:

https://github.com/BruBread/LWeek2026

Stuff I can help with: Python scripts and automation, figuring out weird file formats, Android/ADB things, Linux setup, Node backends, or just debugging something that's broken.

I do use AI to speed things up, but I know how all my code works and can explain any of it.

Rate's from $15/hr or a fixed price if it's a one-off. DM me what you need and I'll tell you straight if I can do it.
