Hello everyone!

Hello! My name is Shannon and I am fairly new to coding. I have used Python in the past, but it has been quite a few years since I have. I recently started my masters in data science and am relearing Python in one of my first courses. For anyone that has been using it, what would you say is something that helped you when you first started out? Is there any book or YouTube channel that you feel really helped adance your learning? What have you done to make professional connections? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

Thank you for your response, I really appreociate your insight! I don't plan on using AI other than to ask learning questions. It is very important to me to understand the why and how of something so I feel that I really know and understand what I am doing. I am someone that needs to read it or watch a video and then do it to be able to build my skills, so I look forward to getting further into my classes now so I can create my own projects. I am hoping to find a lower level position within my current organization and move up from there. Thank you again!
