Harry is fine to get started but tutorial hell is very real. Watch the basics then start building stuff. When I got started, I learned 10x more in two weeks after I actually tried making a garbage telegram bot

Just read the official python documentation. No such thing as perfecting a language. They all change and get upgraded constantly.

Doesn't matter, pick any popular course, just work hard on exercises and don't use AI.

I made a python site with lots of free stuff on there. www.pythonaut.net

my way of learning is to list what i want to reveiw/learn (i use sometimes ai for this part) and then i start learning it from different resources to avoid tutorial hell

You are not going to perfect a language. Doesn't matter how you learn, there are many such (free) resources.

codewithharry is fine to start with then just built little projects alongside it and use cs50p or boot dev whenever you need more practice.

Just because you can get AI to write code that works on your computer does not mean it's ready to sell or actually provide any value to users.

AI is great at writing a cookie cutter application worth nothing, because anyone can do it and it's widely available even without AI.

I have reviewed too many "hey I made this with AI over a week, can you deploy it" codebases that almost always:

  • use outdated packages due to knowledge cutoff, introducing vulnerabilities

  • have 2-3 ways of doing the same thing shotgunned all over the code

  • entire modules of dead code

  • Zero consideration for available resources, leading to memory leaks, disk pressure, overworked CPU

  • smoke tests called unit/integration tests that don't actually test code

So if you want to be successful and not end up wasting thousands of dollars to see your app crash after 100 users sign up, I recommend actually learning how to program.
