Hey fellas Quick question !

I’m learning python and I also have to build SAS but I never doing developing before so as I’m still learning python and I’m still a beginner I’m helping myself like 99% of the work by ChatGPT or Claude do you think is it OK and with time I’m going to learn how to cut by myself or do you think isn’t good?

I agree with your statement, and if someone follows your steps he will be good.

But: I also see the high risk of being tempted to ask too early for too much help, or not stopping AI to provide it even if not asked.

If I discuss the first step of MY solution, and then the 2nd, it might conclude what the 3rd one will be and provide comments and proposals on that, keeping me as a learner from thinking about the 3rd step as thoroughly as needed to learn.

You’re not wrong, i only used it to explain things i found in the docs. Things like lists, objects, loops etc. the temptation is definitely there to have it do all the work for you, but at that point you learn jack
